How to make softest cupcakes without oven

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Table spoons Coco Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • A Pinch Salt
  • Choco Chips

Let's see how to bake cupcakes without oven or microwave in a pressure cooker. Powder the sugar. To bake cupcakes, we need to preheat the cooker. Heat cooker as we prepare batter. Spread 1 cup salt on the base of the cooker. Sand instead of salt could be used. Preheat cooker on medium flame for 10-15 minutes. Prepare batter in the mean time. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. To a bowl, add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 3 teaspoons coco powder and mix. In a different bowl, beat 3 eggs till foam forms. Wisk with an electrical wisker or a normal wisker. Add powdered sugar. Normal sugar instead of powdered sugar also could e used, but powdered sugar will melt faster. Add a pinch of salt and mix. Add 1/2 cup oil and mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix. The cake will become smoother if the wet ingredients are mixed well. Add dry ingredients slowly to the wet mixture and keep mixing. Donít mix too much after adding the flour mixture. After batter thickens, add milk. Add milk till required consistency is obtained. These cupcakes could be made with cupcake moulds or even normal bowls. Here I put cupcake liners. If liners are not used, apply oil to the bowl. Pour prepared batter in the bowls. Fill up to only half of the bowl. Garnish with toppings of your choice. Put a plate on the preheated salt in the cooker. Put another plate to place bowls filled with cake batter. Put the lid on the cooker without weight after removing the gasket. Bake on high flame for 3 minutes. Bake on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. After 15 minutes, check if the cake has been baked fully. Poke the cake with a toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean, then the cake has been baked completely. Remove the bowls and let it cool down for 5 minutes. These cupcakes could be made in paper cups also. Cut off the top of the cups, place the cupcake liners and pour the batter halfway. Place bowls filled with cake batter in the pressure cooker. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Do the toothpick test. Let them cool down for 5 minutes. Tear off the paper cups after baking the cupcakes.
