INGREDIENTS
1. Eggs - 2
2. Onion - 1
3. Green Chillies - 2
4. Coriander Leaves
5. Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped green chillies. Green chillies are optional. Saute till onions turn transparent. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add fried onions and green chillies. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves and mix. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the same bowl. Pour the egg mixture and spread evenly. Cook on medium flame. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and add oil if desired. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
