Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander Seeds Powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 teaspoon

Kids usually don’t like to eat boiled eggs, use them in this paratha, the kids will definitely finish their food

This is also very healthy

To make paratha, we need to first knead the dough of wheat flour

Here I used 2 cups wheat flour along with a little oil and a pinch of salt

Knead the dough a little bit softer than what we make for chepathi

Let it sit for 30 minutes

In the mean time prepare the stuffing

Grate or mash the boiled eggs

Here I grated them

Add this to a bowl along with 2 chopped green chillies

The amount of green chillies used is upto you

Then add 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder,  1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala along with any other spices of your choice and 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Mix all the ingredients

Take a small amount of dough, roll it properly and press it into a small puri over your right hand with your left hand

Then put 1 1/2 spoon of the stuffing on the pressed dough and cover it on all sides

Remove the excess dough and Adjust the stuffing and roll it carefully

This paratha is ready to be cooked now

Place the prepared paratha on the hot pan

Cook on medium flame and flip after a minute

Spread clarified butter (ghee) on top

Clarified butter (ghee) or oil could be used

Flip again and spread clarified butter (ghee) on the other side also

Press it lightly and cook till both sides of the paratha turn brown

Serve hot with favourite chutney or raitha
