How to make Radish Fry Recipe in Telugu
Recipe Notes

INGREDIENTS
1. Radish - 3
2. Green Chillies - 5
3. Onion - 1
4. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
5. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
6. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 Teaspoon

Grate radish. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (bengal gram and black gram could also be added), chopped onion and fry. After a couple of minutes, add diced green chillies and fry. Add curry leaves. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and fry. After a minute, add grated radish and mix. Close the lid and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
