How to make Ragi Roti Telugu by Hyderabadi Ruchulu
1. Finger Millets Flour
Usually with finger millets, we make soup. Let’s see how to make roti with finger millets. We have already seen how to make finger millets soup; link will be in the description.
To a bowl, for 2 cups finger millets flour, add 1 cup water. Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil and let the water boil. As water starts to boil, add finger millets flour slowly and mix. Cut off the stove and close the lid. After 3-4 minutes, take a part of the flour into a plate. All the flour also could be prepared once. Add water and knead it into soft dough. Oil also could be used. Take a part of the dough, knead it into a soft round ball. Roll it in dry flour and press it into a chepathi.
Heat a pan. After 2-3 minutes, when bubbles start to form, flip the roti. Press it with a spoon to make it puffy.
