How to Prepare Uagadi Pachadi: Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes and juice it by sqeezing it. Add required quantity of water. Add a pinch of salt, jaggery, ripe mango pieces, cocunut pieces. Add neem tree flowers. Add fennel seeds. Mix till salt and jaggery melt.
