How to make Veg Noodles

Recipe Notes

INGREDIENTS
1. Noodles - For 3-4 People
2. Onions - 1/2 Cup
3. Carrots - 1/2 Cup
4. Beans - 1/2 Cup
5. Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
6. Cabbage - 1/2 Cup
7. Green Chillies - 3
8. Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tablespoon
11. Soya Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
12. Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
13. Garlic Cloves - 5-6

We need to boil noodles first. Boil water filled up to more than half in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add noodles to the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. After noodles cook put the noodles in a strainer. After straining off the water, pour cold water immediately over the noodles. Let the noodles dry. Boil vegetables in the mean time. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves. As garlic cloves start to change colour, add onions. Add green chillies and mix. After a couple of minutes, add chopped carrots, chopped beans, cabbage, capsicum and mix. Other vegetables like cauliflower could be added. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, 1 teaspoon pepper powder and mix. Add tomato ketchup (optional), 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and mix. Add boiled noodles and toss it. Cook for a couple of minutes and serve hot.
