How to make Instant Breakfast Mix Recipes

INGREDIENTS
1. Bombay Rava - 2 Cups
2. Mustard Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
3. Cumin Seeds - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
4. Black Gram - 2 Teaspoons
5. Bengal Gram - 2 Teaspoons
6. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
7. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
8. Green Chillies - 6
9. Chopped Ginger - 2 Teaspoons
10. Salt - 2 Teaspoons

This mix could be used to make 4-5 different breakfast recipes instantly. Upma, idli, dosa, etc could be prepared instantly. 

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add 2 teaspoons mustard seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons black gram, 2 teaspoons bengal gram and fry. Fry till the grams change colour. Add chopped ginger pieces and fry in oil for some time. Add chopped green chilli pieces and fry for a minute. Add curry leaves, coriander leaves and fry. Fry till curry leaves, coriander leaves become crispy. Fry on low flame. Add bombay rava and mix. Fry on low flame and keep mixing. Fry till bombay rava becomes light brown. As bombay rava starts to change colour, add 2 teaspoons salt or salt to taste and mix. It will take 10-15 minutes for rava to fry. Let it cool down and store it in an air tight container. This can be used for up to 25-30 days. If stored in fridge, it could be used up to 2-3 months. 

Let's see how to make upma.
Take 1 cup instant breakfast mix. To a pan, add 2 cups water for 1 cup rava. Add onions. Onions and other vegetables are optional. Chopped carrots, potatoes, etc could be added if desired. Boil water for a minute. Add 1 cup rava and mix. Cook on low flame. After it thickens, spread clarified butter (ghee) on it. Close the lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. 

Let's see how to make idli.
Take 1 cup instant breakfast mix. Add same quantity of curd and mix, i.e., add 1 cup curd for 1 cup rava and mix. Put it aside for 10 minutes for it to soak. Don't add salt. Mix the batter after 10 minutes. Add some more curd, water and mix till idli batter consistency is obtained. Add a pinch of baking soda and mix. Spread oil on idli plate and pour batter. These idlis could be cooked in idli cooker or a normal cooker. Add 2 glasses water to the cooker and cook the idlis as normal without weight for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve after cooker cools down with chutney.

Let's see how to make guntha ponganalu. 
Take 1 cup instant breakfast mix. Add 1 cup curd and mix. Add chopped onions, grated carrots and mix. Add water and mix till required consistency of batter is obtained. Heat the guntha ponganalu pan and spread oil on it. Pour batter, close the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Let's see how to make rava dosa.
Take 1 cup instant breakfast mix. Add 1 cup rice flour, 1 cup curd, water and mix till dosa batter consistency is obtained. Add salt, chopped onions, grated carrots and mix. Heat pan and spread oil. Pour batter and spread oil. Flip after dosa turns brown and cook for another couple of minutes on low flame.
