How to make Palakura Tomato Curry in TElugu

Learn Spinach Tomato Curry

Recipe Notes

INGREDIENTS

1. Spinach Leaves - 2 Cups

2. Tomatoes - 3

3. Onions - 2

4. Green Chillies - 4

5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon

7. Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

8. Salt - 1 Teaspoon

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add chopped onions and fry for a couple of minutes. Add green chilli pieces and fry. As onions become transparent, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix. Fry for a minute and add washed spinach leaves. Mix and let it cook in oil for 3-4 minutes. Add 3 chopped tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes become soft. Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix. Mix and add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves after the curry thickens.
