By mixing various ingredients with normal dosa batter we can make these colour dosas.
1 : Let's see how to make spinach-dosa.
To a mixie jar, add cleaned spinach leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves (optional), 3-4 green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and grind it into a soft paste. Add this paste to the dosa batter. Add desired salt and mix. Mix the batter. Heat pan. Pour 1 spoon batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip it. Green colour dosa is ready to serve.
2 : Let's see how to make orange dosa.
To a mixie jar, add carrot pieces, 2-3 dried chillies, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and grind it into a soft paste. Add this paste to the dosa batter. Add desired salt and mix. Heat pan. Pour 1-2 spoon batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil, cook for some time and flip it. Orange colour dosa is ready to serve.
3 : Let's see how to make beetroot-dosa.
To a mixie jar, add pieces of 1/2 beetroot, 3 dried chillies, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and grind it into a soft paste. Strain this paste to the dosa batter. Heat pan. Pour 1 spoon batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip it and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Pink colour dosa is ready to serve.

4 : To normal dosa batter add salt, turmeric powder for colour and mix. Heat pan. Pour batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil, cook for some time and flip it.
5 : Let's see how to make normal dosa.
Add salt to dosa batter. Heat pan. Pour batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil, cook for some time and flip it.
6 : Let's see how to make tri-colour dosa.
First pour carrot-dosa batter on a heated pan. Spread it a little. Around it, pour normal dosa batter. Pour green colour spinach dosa batter next. Spread oil or butter on it. Cook for 3-4 minutes and flip it. Serve hot.
