- Bread Slices
- Chopped Veggies
- Onions
- Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper Powder
- Sauce
- Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs

Any vegetables of your choice could be used here.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan
Add chopped carrot and fry them for 1-2 minutes
Move them into a plate
Fry potatoes in the same way
Fry capsicum pieces also
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
Cut off the edges of the breads
Roll the breads so that they become flat
Add 1 teaspoon all purpose flour to a bowl
Add 2 teaspoons water and stir it
Mix the pepper powder and salt
Keep all the ingredients ready
Spread sauce on the bread
Put the vegetables one by one, add cheese and sprinkle pepper and salt
Spread the all the purpose flour batter on one end, roll the bread and paste it
Dip the stuffed bread in egg mixture
Corn flour mixture also could be used instead
Roll them in bread crumbs
Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in pan
Put the prepared bread pieces on it fry
Flip and fry till all sides turn brown
Serve hot with favorite sauce or chutney!
