How to Make Crispy Bendakaya Vepudu Recipe in Telugu
- 1/4 kg Ladies Finger
- 2 tbsp Rava
- Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Coriander Seeds Powder
- Lemon Juice
CRISPY BENDAKAYA FRY
Here I took 1/4 kg ladys finger
Wash and dry them
I also used 2 tablespoons bombay rava
This will make the fry crunchy
Firstly, cut off the ends of the vegetable and them cut it vertically in half
Then cut into 2 slices again
If the ladys finger is long, then cut it into smaller pieces
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, lemon juice and mix
Then let it sit for 5 minutes
In the mean time, let’s prepare the coating
To a bowl, add 2 tablespoons bombay rava along with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix
To the prepared ladys finger pieces, add this rava coating and mix
Toss and mix
Let it sit for 15-20 minutes
Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a pan
Add the marinated ladys finger pieces and mix
Close lid and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes
Open lid and cook
Stir and cook till the ladys finger become crispy
We can see that the ladys finger has cooked completely
Serve with rice or roti!
