Today let’s see how to make a tasty breakfast item, dosa with rice flour

To a mixie jar, add 4-5 green chillies, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup coriander leaves , a little water and grind coarsely

Chilli powder instead of green chillies could be used

To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup rice flour, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste along with 2 teaspoons prepared green chilli paste and mix

Add water and mix

Then add a chopped onion, grated carrots (optional) and mix

Batter is ready now

Heat pan

Cut an onion in half, dip it in oil and spread the oil all over the pan

This will make the attu come off the pan easily

If the pan is non-stick, then there is no need to use oil

Pour the prepared rice flour batter onto the pan with a spoon since the batter is very thin

Sprinkle oil on top if desired and close lid

Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes till it turns brown on one side and flip it

If you want the dosa to be crispy, put the stove on a little lower flame and cook

The longer it is cooked, the crisper the dosa will be

Serve the dosa hot with favourite chutney or pickle
