Cut off edges of bread. In a mixing bowl, tear the bread into powder shown. Add 2 tablespoons rice flour, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 1/2 cup diced onions, 3 chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, 1/2 cup grated carrots for colour, 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, a pinch of soda and mix while adding water till it becomes a dough. Wet your hands and roll them into balls and press them as shown.
