Butter Chicken Recipe

Lets Check our Butter Chicken Recipe Chicken needs to be marinated first. To a bowl, add cleaned chicken. Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt and mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 3 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 4 4 pcs Green Chillies
  • 5 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 6 7-8 Garlic Cloves
  • 7 3 tbsp Salt
  • 8 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 9 1 Cup Onions
  • 10 1 Cup Tomatoes
  • 11 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 12 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 13 7-8 pcs Cashew Nuts
  • 14 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 15 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 16 2 tbsp Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add cleaned chicken.

    Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt

    Mix.

    Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan.

    Roast marinated chicken

    Put it aside.

    Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the same pan.

    Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, cashew nut pieces

    Fry.

    Add ginger pieces and Fry.

    Add garlic cloves, green chillies and Fry.

    Add onions

    Fry for 5 minutes.

    Add diced tomatoes and cook.

    Add 1 teaspoon salt.

    Close the lid

    Cook till tomatoes become soft.

    Let it cool down

    Grind the mixture into a paste.

    Heat a pan

    Then Add 2 tablespoons butter.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder

    Mix, Add onions tomato paste and Mix.

    Then add 1 cup water.

    Close the lid

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Add roasted chicken

    Mix & Cook it for 5-10 minutes.

    Add 2 tablespoons cream (optional).

    Then add 1 tablespoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder.

    Cook for 5 minutes on low flame

    Serve hot.
