Country Chicken Pickle | Natu Kodi Pachadi
Country Chicken Pickle a simple recipe, can be prepared easily at home. Tasty and Tangy Pickle. Goes well with Rice, Roti, and even Dosa. A different form the routine pickles which we have regularly. When you crave to have non-veg and you don’t get to then this pickle would be an ideal one. Hot, Spicy, and Tangy.
- 1 Kg Chicken
- 12 Teaspoons Red Chili Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Kg Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 4 Teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 10 Numbers Lemon Juices

Marinate 1 Kg Chicken in a bowl with 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder.

Add 2 Tsp Salt & 2 Tbs Ginger Garlic Paste, blend them well.

Let it set & Marinate for ½ Hour.

Now, in a pan boil it with a lid stirring it when required for 3 to 4 Min.

Cook it till Water released from Chicken subsides.

Heat ¼ Kg Oil in a pan, fry the cooked chicken pieces on low medium flame.

Fry them till brown for 10 Min.

Place them all in a bowl for a while.

In the remaining oil add 1 Tsp Red Chili Seeds (Optional).

Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds & 1 Tsp Cumin seeds, Let them splutter.

Let the oil cool down.

Now add 10 Tsp Red Chili Powder, 7 to 8 Tsp Salor as needed.

Add 4 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Cumin Powder& Fenugreek Powder each.

Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala, 2 Tsp Mustard Seed Powder & 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder.

Add 10 Lemons of Juice to it,

Mix them all & add fried Chicken Pieces, mix them well.

Tasty & Tangy Country Chicken Pickle is ready,

Can be stored for 1 Month and if refrigerated can be stored for 2 to 3 months.
