INGREDIENTS:
1. Sweet Corn - 250 Grams
2. Onions - 1/2 Cup
3. Corn Flour - 2 Tablespoons
4. All-Purpose Flour - 1 Tablespoon
5. Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
6. Chat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
8. Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 Teaspoon
10. Oil - For Deep Fry,
We need to boil sweet corn first. Heat water in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and boil sweet corn. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Sweet corn starts to float once it is completely boiled. Move the sweet corn into a bowl with a strainer. Add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon chat masala and mix. Deep fry this mixture. Heat oil sufficient for deep fry in a pan. Deep fry the prepared mixture on medium flame. To a pan add 1 teaspoon oil and heat it. Add 1/2 cup onions and fry till they turn light brown. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon chat masala or garam masala and mix. Add spring onions and tomato ketchup if desired. Add fried sweet corn and mix. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix.
