Ingredients

 

Honey

Almonds

Cashew Nuts

Walnuts

Dried dates

Pista

 

Today, let’s see how to make a healthy recipe.

 

Consuming dry fruits every day in some form is very healthy

This dry fruits soaked in honey acts as an energy booster and immunity booster

It also has other healthy supplements like vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, etc.

Having 1-2 teaspoons of this honey soaked in dry fruits daily will reduce indigestion issues in kids and adults.

For this recipe, any dry fruits of you choice could be used

Here I used walnuts, raisins, dried dates, cashew nuts, almonds and pista

If desired, wash the dry fruits with some warm water and immediately wipe them off with a towel

Here I chopped all the dry fruits into pieces

Then Take a sterilised glass bottle to store these dry fruits

Don’t use a plastic bottle

We used organic honey

You can use any honey of  your choice

Then, chop all the dry fruits into small pieces

Add these chopped pieces to the sterilised jar and mix them

Then Add the chopped dry fruits one by one along with raisins and mix them

You could also add some cardamom powder for flavour along with 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

Add honey till all the dried fruits sink

Having 1-2 teaspoon of these dry fruits daily is very healthy

This will also help in healthy weight gain for children

Then Add honey so that the dried fruits sink completely

But for the honey flavour to completely mix with the dried fruits it will take 7- 10 days

Kids with low energy levels in the morning will be benefited with this recipe

Dry fruits in honey stays fresh upto 3-5 months
