Egg Curry
Apart from the routine style try this out, a super delicious recipe. An exceptionally good recipe for eggetarians. Goes well with Rice/Roti as well. Eggs can be cooked in many variants depending on each region and tastes. A flavourful yummy egg curry quick and easy to make and can be relished thoroughly.
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Numbers Onions Finely Chopped
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt or as needed
- 2 Green Chilies Cut into small pieces
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 cup Spring Onions
- 1/2 Cup Water
- a Pinch Garam Masala Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves

Firstly heat a pan with 1 ½ tablespoon of oil.

Add 3 chopped onions fry till transparent.

Now will add 1 teaspoon of salt or as needed.

Then will add 2 green chilies cut into pieces.

Now, will add ½ teaspoon ginger and garlic paste cook for a minute.

Then will add ½ teaspoon of Turmeric powder.

Now, will add 1 ½ teaspoon of Red Chili powder.

Again will add ½ Teaspoon of coriander and cumin powder each.

Add ½ cup spring onions, its optional.

Stir well and add ½ cup of water, cook for 1minute.

Make some space in the pan, as shown in the video and add eggs.

Add them one after the other.

Place a lid, cook it on low flame for 5 to 6minutes.

Just check if they are cooked, they are done now.

But we can see some water so cook for 2 more minutes till it subsides.

Before we put off the stove add a pinch of Garam Masala.

Garnish it with 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with rice or roti.
