How to make Hyderabadi Anda Curyy

In this video you will see how to make egg curry made with onion paste and tomato paste


  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Onion paste
  • 1 Cup Tomato paste
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil

Recipe Notes

Heat a wide pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion paste and mix close the lid. Add tomato paste and mix. After oil sweeps out from tomatoes, add green chilli pieces, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and mix. After a minute Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds powder and mix. Add 1 cup water and mix. Let it cook. To add eggs, move the curry in the pan and break the egg as shown in the video. Depending on the pan size no of eggs can be decided. Close the lid and cook on low flame till the water boils away. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves.
