1. Wheat Flour

To a bowl, add 2 cups wheat flour. Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon crushed ajowan(optional). Break 1 egg. Mix. Add water and knead. Add 2 teaspoons oil. Knead it into soft chepathi dough like consistency by adding water. Close the lid and let it set for 15-20 minutes. Break 4 eggs in a bowl. Beat the eggs. Add 1/2 cup chopped onions, chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1 diced tomato, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Knead the dough again. Take a small portion of the dough, make it into a round ball and roll it like a chepathi. Make the chepathi thin. Heat pan and place the prepared chepathi on hot pan. Cook on low flame. Pour some prepared egg mixture on the chepathi and spread it. Fold chepathi from one side, then the other. Fold the bottom part so it forms a triangle covering the whole egg mixture. Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Spread oil or ghee. Flip and spread oil or butter or ghee. Flip again. Cook on each side for 2 minutes. Cut the paratha on half.
