Leftover Idli Pakora
Everybody likes Idlis and we make them often as its quick and easy to serve , but some times Idlis are left over and Lets now Make Idli Pakoda with Left Over Idlis and serve hot to kids.
Let’s see how to make crispy and tasty idli pakoda with leftover Idlis
Here we have four leftover idlis and lets mash these idlis in a mixing bowl
Add 1/2 cup bengal gram flour, 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped green chilli
Then add 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, and 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Now add Pinch of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Then add 1/2 cup chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and mix them properly.
There’s no need to add water unless the mixture is too dry and you may add 1-2 teaspoons of water if dough is not properly mixed
Lets Make the Pakoda Now
Heat oil until its deep fry
Then drop the prepared mixture little by little into the oil as in the video
Subsequently Cook on medium flame and flip after 2-3 minutes
Flip and fry till the idli pakodas turn golden brown.
Serve Hot to Kids and Family!
