Instant Coffee Powder Premix

Everybody likes Coffee, When we ant to coffee we need Milk, Coffee Powder and Sugar, But often we don’t have milk stock at our homes, we are here giving you easy step by step procedure  to make Instant  Coffee with Instant Coffee Powder Premix. Just mixing this powder in hot water will make coffee, This recipe is very useful for people who live far from home, bachelors, working women and people in hostels. Instant coffee powder premix, once prepared, could be used for 4-5 months

Ingredients

1) 1 Tablespoon Coffee Powder

2) 3 Tablespoons Sugar

3) 6 Tablespoons Milk Powder

Now lets make Instant Coffee Powder Premix

Here I used 1 tablespoon coffee powder

We will need 3 tablespoons sugar for 1 tablespoon coffee

The amount of sugar used is upto you

We will also need 6 tablespoons milk powder

To a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon coffee powder, 3 tablespoons sugar, 6 tablespoons milk powder and mix

Here I used instant coffee powder

If you use regular coffee powder, then you will have to simmer the instant powder mixed with water for some time

Add this mixture to a mixie jar and make a fine powder

Store it in an air tight container away from moisture

This could be used for upto 4-5 months

Let’s see how to make coffee

For 1 cup of coffee, 1 1/2 teaspoon – 2 teaspoons coffee powder could be used

Add hot water to this powder and stir well

Coffee is ready!

Here I used instant coffee powder, so there is no need to simmer the instant powder water mixture. If regular coffee powder is used, then simmer it for a nice color and flavor.
