Let it cool down. Powder dal in the mean time. Powder dal in a mixie jar. Strain the powdered dal through a strainer to remove dal particles. Move this powder into a bowl. Add fried rice flour and idli rava. Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix. Store it in an air tight container. This could be used for up to 2-3 months and could be used for up to 6 months if put in fridge. Let's see how to make dosa. To a mixing bowl add 1 cup instant dosa mix. Add 1/2 cup curd.
