- 1 cup c Black Gram
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Onions
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 5 Green Chillies
- 1/2 cup Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Grounded black gram could be made by soaking the black gram for 2-3 hours and then grinding it into a paste.
To a bowl, add prepared black gram paste
Mix it and add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, grated carrots
Mix
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
Mix
Beat eggs in a different bowl
Add the egg mixture and mix
Omelette batter is ready now
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan
The stove should be on medium flame
Add 3 spoons of prepared batter
Make the omelette as thick as you wish
Put a lid and cook on medium flame
After 3 minutes, flip it and add oil if necessary
Cook on low flame for a couple of minutes
Serve it with bread, chepathi or rice
