- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Bengal Gram
- 1 Cup Toor Dal
- 1 Cup Green Gram
- 3 Dried Chillies
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 4-5 Ginger Pieces
- 2 Onions
- 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
To a mixing bowl, add bengal gram, toor dal and green gram
Wash them 1-2 times and soak for 1-2 hours
Powder the oats
Add all the soaked grams to a mixie jar along with garlic cloves, ginger pieces,
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and dried chillies
To the prepared paste, add powdered oats, 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste,
chopped onions, coriander leaves and mix
Add water and mix till dosa batter consistency is obtained
Let it sit for 10-15 minutes
Mix it once again
Heat pan
Pour a spoon of batter on it and spread it along the pan
Add 1/2 teaspoon oil
Cook on medium flame
Flip after a couple of minutes
Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot
If the dosa is sticking to the pan, spread oil on the pan with an onion before pouring the dosa batter
