INGREDIENTS:
1. Basmathi Rice - 1 1/2 Cup
2. Cabbage - 1 Cup
3. Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
4. Carrot - 1/2 Cup
5. Onions - 1/2 Cup
6. Green Chillies - 3
7. Spring Onions - 1/2 Cup
8. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
9. Boiled Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
10. Salt
11. Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
12. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
13. Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon 14. Ajinomoto - 1/4 Teaspoon(Optional) 15. Soya Sauce - 1 Tablespoon Wash and soak rice before 30 minutes. Fill half of the pan with water and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil. Let the water boil. Add soaked basmati rice and mix. Don't let the rice become too soft. Move the cooked rice using a strainer. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add 1/2 cup onions and fry for a couple of minutes. Add diced carrots and fry for a couple of minutes. Close the lid and let it cook. Add chopped green chillies, chopped capsicum, 1 cup cabbage, boiled green peas, spring onion pieces and mix. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Close the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix. Add 1/4 teaspoon Ajinomoto(optional), 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder and mix. Add boiled rice and mix. Don't mix too much or the rice will break. Cook for a couple of minutes and add coriander leaves and spring onions. Toss rice to mix it.
