Vegetable Pasta Recipe
Pasta is favorite to kids and grown-ups as well, so here is a simple recipe for it with healthy Veggies.
A delightful recipe with minimal ingredients and time as well.Can be packed for lunch or served as evening snack after school to kids. And the best for weekend breakfast and a quick dinner for the family.
- 2 Cups Pasta
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Carrot Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Potatoes Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Green Peas Boiled
- 4 to 5 Numbers Green Chiles Slit
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Finely Chopped
- Water as required
- 1 3/4 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt or as needed
- 2 Teaspoons Soya Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Boil 2 cups of Pasta in a pan, fill it with water till half. I am boiling it in an electric cooker.
Any pan can be used for boiling the pasta.
Add ½ teaspoon of Salt and a teaspoon of oil to it and let it boil. To the boiling water add pasta and cook.
In meantime will prepare for the Veggies, to add them to Pasta.
In a pan add 1 ½ Tablespoon Oil, I am using Olive Oil here. Heat the pan.
Now add ½ cup diced Onions and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic.
Then add ½ cup of diced Carrot, Potatoes, GreenChiles, and Tomatoes each.
Stir fry them, mix well and cook till Tomatoes are soft with a lid.
Add ½ cup of Boiled Green Peas and fry them well.
Now we can see the pasta is cooked well, drain it and place it aside for a while.
Then add 2 teaspoons of Soya Sauce and 1 a teaspoon of Vinegar.
And add 1 teaspoon of Red Chili Sauce and 1 A teaspoon of Tomato Sauce.
Now to this add 1 teaspoon of salt or as needed and ½ teaspoon of Pepper Powder.
Mix them thoroughly.
Now add the boiled pasta and toss them well.
Stir cook them for 2 Minutes garnish it with some Coriander Leaves.
Tasty and Yummy Pasta at home is ready.
