- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Salt

Let’s see how to make simple water melon ice cream
This is a very tasty and healthy recipe
We have to cut water melon first to make water melon juice
Cut the water melon horizontally in half
Cut 1 inch pieces and make cuts vertically and horizontally
Use a food chopper to juice it so that the seeds don’t get crushed
A mixie jar also could be used, but remember to remove the seeds before juicing it
Water melon juice is ready now
Filter the juice and remove the pulp
Add 2 tablespoons sugar and mix
Don’t skip the sugar. Reduce or increase the quantity based on your taste
Add a pinch of salt and mix
Let’s pour the mixture in ice cream moulds
Any bowls, glasses or disposable cups also could be used instead of moulds
Cover it with a silver foil and poke a hole in it. Insert the stick into the hole
If there is no silver foil, poke the stick in the cup/bowl after 2 hours when the ice cream hardens a little
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours
Water melon ice cream is ready now
Put the mould in water for 20 seconds. It will make the ice cream easier to slide out
Since we are not using any preservatives, this ice cream is as good as the fruit it self
