Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan
Add 1 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee) and heat it
Now add 2 bay leaves, 1 star anise, 3 cardamom, 4-5 cloves, 2-3 small cinnamon stick pieces and fry
Add 1 chopped onion and fry for a minute
Then add 3-4 diced green chillies, 1/2 cup curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix
Add 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix
Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 1/2 teaspoon masala (1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon coriander leaves)
Now add 2 cups cooked rice and mix
Close lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
Serve with gravy or raita!
