Maggi Bhel

Maggi bhel is a quick and easy snack that is perfect for satisfying your hunger pangs in no time. This snack is a fusion of two popular Indian dishes, Maggi noodles and Bhel, which is a savory snack made with puffed rice, vegetables, and a tangy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cakes Maggi
  • 2 packets Maggi Masala Packets (included with the maggi pack)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Groundnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Break the maggi cake and cush it into smaller pieces
  2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan
  3. Oil also could be used instead
  4. Add the crushed maggi and fry till it changes color and becomes crispy
  5. Stir and fry evenly till they turn light brown
  6. Move them to a mixing bowl
  7. Now add fried groundnuts, 1/2 tsp chili powder, salt to taste, maggi masala, and mix
  8. Next, add 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chili, 1 diced tomato, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, and mix
  9. Taste test and add more salt or masala if necessary

Maggi Bhel is ready to serve!
