Oats Laddu in Telugu- Oats Ladoo with Jaggery Recipe in Telugu By Hyderabadi Ruchulu.

Oats ladoo is one of the easy Indian sweets recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 2 Cup Groundnuts
  • 1 Cup Grated Jaggery
  • 1/2 Cardamom Powder
  • Dry Fruits for Garnishing

Recipe Notes

Fry groundnuts first

Heat and, add groundnuts and fry

Fry till they change colour

Cut off the stove and let them cool down

Heat pan, fry oats for 5 minutes and cut off the stove

Remove the skin of the groundnuts by rolling them between your palms

To a mixie jar, add the peeled groundnuts, fried oats, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and powder the mixture

Add grated jaggery and powder the mixture

Move the powder into a plate

Roll the prepared powder into laddus

We don't need to add any water or clarified butter (ghee)

If the laddus are not binding together properly, add it to a mixie jar and grind it into a finer powder

The dry fruits could be mixed i the powder while preparing or added separately later

Laddus are ready to serve
