Ingredients

  • 4 Chepathis
  • Capsicum
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala

Instructions

  1. ROTI NOODLES

    Everybody like noodles very much. But, usually they are made with all purpose flour which is not very healthy

    Today wee will see how to make noodles with wheat flour, i.e., make noodles with chepathis

    These noodles could be made with left-over chepathis or fresh chepathis

    Here I used 4 chepathis

    We have to cut the chepathis into noodles

    Cut them into thin long strips of desired length

    Roll and cit the chepathis as it is or cut the chepathis into half first and then roll & slice them

    Put these slices into a plate

    Slice the capsicum, carrots and onions in the same way

    Heat 1 1/2 teaspoon oil in pan

    Add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves and fry

    The noodles could be made just like normal noodles

    Add chopped onions and fry

    Stir and cook on high flame

    Add capsicum and carrot pieces and fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes till they change colour

    Add 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon venigar, 1 teaspoon soya sauce and mix

    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix

    Add 1/4 teaspoon chat masala and mix

    Now add the prepared chepathi noodles and toss them

    Toss them and cut off the stove

    Serve hot!
