Home made Tomato Chutney Recipe. Preparation of Simple Tomato Chutney
Only these 5 ingredients are used for making the chutney
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces
Chop the green chillies also
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in pan
Add chopped green chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes
Move them into a different plate
Fry the tomatoes now
Close lid and fry
Fry till all the water in the tomatoes boils away
Cut off the stove
To a mixie jar, add chopped green chillies
Add boiled tomatoes, washed tamarind, salt to taste and grind it into a paste
Move the paste into a different bowl
Add curd as desired and mix
Here I added 3-4 tablespoons curd
Serve with dosa or idli

1. Tomatoes - 1/4 Kg
2. Green Chillies - 7-8
3. Curd - 1/2 Cup
4. Tamarind - 5-10 Grams
5. Salt
