Easy to make crispy snacks of Aloo Crispy Fingers. Preparation of Potato Fingers Recipe
Peel and Wash the Potatoes, cut off the ends and peel off the sides
Cut into long finger shaped pieces
Wash them 1-2 times in water and drain off the water
Move it into a bowl
To the pieces, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon chat masala, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and toss it
Marinate for 10-15 minutes
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
To the rice flour, add 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix
Take one of the marinated pieces, coat it with rice flour, dip it in egg mixture and roll it in bread crumbs
Deep fry the prepared pieces
Heat oil for deep fry
Add prepared fingers and fry
Flip and fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown
Crispy aloo fingers are ready; Serve hot with favourite sauce or ketchup.
