Lets see how to make chicken with palm nectar

To 1 kg chicken, add 2 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3 teaspoons chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 chopped onion and 3 green chillies
Then add paste of 2 teaspoons coconut powder and onions for gravy and mix
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix
Marinate for a minimum of 1/2 hour
Chicken will be tastier if we use a clay pot for cooking the dish
Put the clay pot on stove
Any dish prepared in a clay pot has to be cooked on low flame
Since we will be using palm nectar, we won't be using any oil
Add marinated chicken to the pot
Add chicken before the pot heats up completely
Close lid and cook for 4-5 minutes
Cook on low flame till the pot heats up completely and chicken starts boiling
Then add palm nector
Here, we are using palm nector instead of water
Add 200 ml of palm nector to boiling chicken
Close lid and cook
Palm nector is very good for health, also it makes the dish tasty
Cook till the gravy thickens and add coriander leaves
Cut off the stove when required consistency is obtained
Palm nector chicken curry is ready to serve!
