Choco Lava Cake Recipe in Telugu without oven

Preparation of Choco Lava Cake with Only 3 Ingredients. We Don't use Egg, Oven in this recipe

  • 3 cups Milk
  • 3 packs Oreo or Bourbon Biscuits
  • 1 Number Diary Milk Chocolate

Recipe Notes

We can use any biscuit of our choice or available at home. Here I am using Bourbon biscuits to prepare Chocolate lava Cake. Will melt a Dairy Milk Chocolate thru Double Boiler Method. Double Boiler method can be done by boiling water in a pan or a bowl.

Put chocolate in another smaller bowl and place in the boiling water bowl .
The chocolate will melt , then will add 1 to 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix it well , stirring it till the chocolate and milk gets thick.
Will put the stove off now , and keep the chocolate paste aside.
Now will grind the biscuit pieces in a mixie jar , into a fine powder
Then take a mixing bowl and put the biscuit powder .
Will mix it into a a cake batter with adding milk till we get proper consistency.
The batter should be smooth and fine .
I am using steaming cups to steam/cook it.
Will grease it with butter.
We can use any of these either steaming cups or Idly Mold.
Add 2 glasses of water for steaming , get it to a boil.
Now will pour the cake batter till half in the cup .
Then 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate on the batter.
Again will top the melted chocolate with cake batter again .
Will just tap it once so that the batter adjusts evenly.
Then will place the cup in the steamer with boiling water to steam.
Place the lid and let it steam for 7 to 8 minutes on a low flame.
Will just check it after sometime using a toothpick.

Just prick a toothpick in the side , if it comes out clean it means its cooked or steamed well.In the same method we can steam the chocolate lava cake in the idly mold.
Will pour the cake batter in the greased mold and place them in the steamer.
Before we place the mold will place a stand or a plate so that the cake wont get burnt. Steam it for 7 to 8 minutes with a lid on low flame. After 8 minutes will just check , if the cake is ready .

So we can try these recipes with left over biscuits which we don't wish to eat.
Easy and simple method to prepare and also a quick one , delightful savory to eat.
