Peel and slice the mangoes. Blend it into a soft paste. Move it into a bowl.

Puri (Poori) Preparation

To a mixing bowl, add wheat flour. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 cup bombay rava, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix. Add mango pulp and knead it into dough. If the dough becomes too hard, add 1-2 spoons of water and knead. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a soft ball. Press it into a puri with the help of oil or loose flour. Heat oil for deep fry. Fry the puris one by one. Press the puris to make them puffy and flip. Serve as breakfast or an evening snack.
