1/2cupButter
1/2cupPeanut Butter
1/2cupPowdered Sugar
1cupWhite Flour(Maida)
1/2teaspoonBaking Powder
1/2teasapoonBaking Soda
1/2teaspoonVanilla Essence

Method of Preparation
Take a mixing Bowl, add ¼ cup of butter, it should in room temperature.
Then will take ½ cup of peanut butter, I have taken a creamy peanut butter here.
Now will add ½ cup of powdered sugar and mix them all using either blender or egg beater.
And then will add a cup of white flour to it.
Then will add ½ teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
Now will add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix them all into a dough.
We can add 2 to 3 table spoons of milk to knead it into a dough if required.
Make it into a fine dough and take lemon sized dough and make them into balls.
Will just press them and the cookies are ready to be baked.
Now will bake them, take a plate and spread it with a foil and grease it.
Or even grease the plate directly to bake them.
Place all the cookies with some gap in between as they become fluffy when baked.
Prior we bake them will take a thick based pan and pre heat it for 5 minutes with a stand in it with a lid.
Now place the plate of cookies in the pan and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame.
Will check in between if they are baked or not. The look soft when hot.
If they are baked we can see the edges brown in colour and puffed a bit.
So our crunchy peanut butter cookies are ready.
