Here is a simple recipe to make crispy Rava Dosa at home. Rava dosa is a very tasty and crispy and is perfect for a quicky breakfast that can be served with any chutney.
In a bowl add 1 cup Bombay rava, 1 cup rice flour and 3/4 cup Maida. Add 1 tea spoon cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilli and ginger pieces. In the mixture add curd. Add water in to the mixture. Consistancy of the mixture should be very loose. Add salt to taste. Add diced onions. Mix well. Heat a pan, spread some oil on the pan. Pour the rava dosha mixture on the pan as shown in the video. Flip it after some time.
