Sweet Potato Fry, a unique recipe, a tasty and healthy snack, when baked it's yummy, crispy and flavourful, as good as French fries. Try it once, you’ll crave for it.
Wash and peel off sweet potatoes, cut them into long pieces.
Soak them in water for ½ hour to remove excess starch.
After ½ hour drain off the water, dab the dry with a soft cloth.
Take a mixing bowl to add these potato pieces, add2 tablespoons of cornflour and toss them with a lid.
Add ½ teaspoon of chili flakes, to make chili flakes grind red chilies in a grinder.
Now, will add ½ teaspoon of salt.
Then will add ¼ teaspoon of pepper powder, mix them properly.
Now will grease the baking tray or foil with some oil and place the potato sticks.
Make sure that they don’t overlap.
Place the tray in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Check and flip in between, ensure that it’s baked on either side.
Have this crispy Snack with the sauce of your choice.
