Curry Leaves Chutney a yummy and healthy recipe, which goes well with Idly, Dosa, Roti, and Rice too. Healthy as its high in antioxidants,minerals, and vitamins. So intake of curry leaves in any form helps us to boost our immunity power. So will try this yummy and healthy chutney.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Curry Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Bengal Gram Dal
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Gram Dal
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander Seeds
  • 10 to 12 Numbers Red Chilies
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 7 to 8 Pods Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt or as needed
  • 1 Teaspoon Jaggery grated
  • 2 Teaspoons Tamarind Pulp
  • 2 Teaspoons Oil

Instructions

  1.   In a pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil and roast fry 2 Tablespoons of Bengal Gram Dal.

  2. Add 2 Tablespoons of Black Gram Dal and, 2 Tablespoons of Coriander Seeds and fry roast them till they change the color and place them in a separate bowl.

  3.  In the same pan roast 10 to 12 red chilies and place them aside.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the same pan and roast 2 Cups of washed and, dried Curry Leaves till the change color.

  5.   In a mixie jar add the roasted dals, coriander seeds, 1 Teaspoon of Cumin seeds.

  6. Then will add 7 to 8 Garlic pods, fried 10 to 12 red chilies and grind them into a fine powder along with 1 tsp salt or as needed.

  7.  Now, will add 1 Teaspoon grated Jaggery and roasted curry leaves.

  8.    And then, will add 2 Teaspoons of tamarind pulp or just add a small lime sized tamarind to it and grind into a fine paste.

  9. So our yummy, tasty and healthy Curry LeavesChutney is ready. If you wish to can season it again.
