How to Make Tasty Homemade Vegetable Soup Recipe
Preparation of Vegetable Soup in Telugu
We usually make rotis with jawar
Lets see how to make mixed vegetable jawar millet soup
This is a very tasty and healthy dish
Heat 1 teaspoon clarified butter (ghee) in pan
Regular oil or olive oil could be used
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup cabbage, capsicum, beans and green peas
Any veggies could be used to make this soup
Here I added 2 teaspoons foxtail millet. This step is optional
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix
Then add chopped potatoes and close lid
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add 3 cups water and boil it
Boil this water
Add 1/2 cup water to a bowl, add 3-4 tablespoons jawar flour and mix
Add 1 glass water to the boiling soup
Then add the prepared jawar mixture and mix till it boils again
Simmer for 4-5 minutes
Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt and mix
Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves and serve hot!
