  • 2 pcs Green Bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

ARATIKAYA CHIPS

Let's see how to make green banana chips

Very less oil is used to make these chips, so these are not only healthy but also very tasty

Cut off both ends of the green bananas and peel them
Cut them into long slices
Move it into a bowl
Let's marinate them now
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Coriander seeds powder also could be added here
Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix
Put them aside for 1/2 hour
Let's shallow fry them now
Heat pan
Add 2 tablespoons oil
Place the marinated banana pieces side by side;
Fry for 1/2 minute and flip
Flip and fry till they turn crispy and brown
Move them into a plate
Serve as a snack or side dish!
