How to make Rava Dosa Recipe:

In a bowl add 1 cup Bombay rava, 1 cup rice flour and 3/4 cup Maida. Add 1 tea spoon cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilli and ginger pieces. In the mixture add curd. Add water in to the mixture. Consistancy of the mixture should be very loose. Add salt to taste. Add diced onions. Mix well. Heat a pan, spread some oil on the pan. Pour the rava dosha mixture on the pan as shown in the video. Flip it after some time. 

How to make Egg Dosa:

In a bowl add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon chopped green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon diced onions, 1/2 teaspoon chopped coriander. Only salt and chilli powder also could be added. Add 1 egg and mix well. Heat a pan and add 2 spoons of idli batter and spread it around the pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil and cook on medium flame. After the batter is sufficiently cooked spread the egg mixture on it as shown and cook for 5 minutes. Flip it and cook for 2-3 minutes.

How to make Cone Dosa Recipe:

Wash and soak 2 cups of rice. Add 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds. For 2 cups rice- wash and soak 1 cup black gram, 1/4 cup bengal gram. Soak them for a minimum of 5 hours. Grind the soaked seeds. Add washed flattened rice while grinding(Optional). Pour this batter into an airtight container and put it in the freezer for storing it. To a bowl add required amount of batter, 1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Mix till proper consistency is reached. Heat a pan and pour dosa batter as shown. Sprinkle a pinch of salt ,chilli powder, coriander seed powder or chat masala. With a knife cut dosa from it's centre to it's end. Fold the cut part to one side and fold it again towards the opposite side as shown and make a cone.
