Egg Curry

Apart from the routine style try this out, a super delicious recipe. An exceptionally good recipe for eggetarians. Goes well with Rice/Roti as well. Eggs can be cooked in many variants depending on each region and tastes. A flavourful yummy egg curry quick and easy to make and can be relished thoroughly.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Numbers Onions Finely Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt or as needed
  • 2 Green Chilies Cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • a Pinch Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1.  Firstly heat a pan with 1 ½ tablespoon of oil.

  2. Add 3 chopped onions fry till transparent.

  3. Now will add 1 teaspoon of salt or as needed.

  4. Then will add 2 green chilies cut into pieces.

  5.  Now, will add ½ teaspoon ginger and garlic paste cook for a minute.

  6.   Then will add ½ teaspoon of Turmeric powder.

  7. Now, will add 1 ½ teaspoon of Red Chili powder.

  8. Again will add ½ Teaspoon of coriander and cumin powder each.

  9.   Add ½ cup spring onions, its optional.

  10. Stir well and add ½ cup of water, cook for 1minute.

  11. Make some space in the pan, as shown in the video and add eggs.

  12. Add them one after the other.

  13.  Place a lid, cook it on low flame for 5 to 6minutes.

  14. Just check if they are cooked, they are done now.

  15.   But we can see some water so cook for 2 more minutes till it subsides.

  16. Before we put off the stove add a pinch of Garam Masala.

  17. Garnish it with 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves.

  18.   Serve it hot with rice or roti.
