10 TYPES OF EGG DOSAS

We see a many types of egg dosas these days. Let’s see how to make 10 types of egg dosas. These dosas could be made with normal dosa batter. Idly batter also could be used.Using idly batter will make the dosas crunchy.Here I’m using dosa batter, There will be a link in the description box on how to prepare dosa batter. These are very simple and easy egg dosa recipes

PEPPER EGG DOSA RECIPE

Here I’m using normal dosa batter
Heat pan
Pour 2 spoons of dosa batter and spread it
Make the dosa a little thick
Spread 1 teaspoon oil over it
Oil or butter could be used
Break an egg directly over the dosa
Spread the egg over dosa and sprinkle pepper powder and salt
More oil could be added here
Put a lid and cook on medium flame
Cook for a couple of minutes and flip
Cook for a couple of minutes on low flame and flip again
Serve hot!

EXTRA PEPPER EGG DOSA RECIPE

Heat pan
Pour 2 spoons of dosa batter and spread it
Spread 1 teaspoon oil over it
Break an egg directly over the dosa
Spread the egg over dosa and sprinkle chopped onions, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, pepper powder and salt
Press lightly with a spoon so that the onions and coriander leaves stick to the dosa
Put a lid and cook on medium flame
Cook for a couple of minutes and flip
Cook for a couple of minutes on low flame and flip again
Serve hot!

EGG DOSA NUMBER 3

To the dosa batter, add eggs and mix
Here for 1 cup dosa batter, I added 2 eggs
Since the batter already has salt, I haven’t mixed anything else
Pepper powder or more salt could be added if desired
Mix
Heat pan
Pour 2 spoons of dosa batter mixed with egg and spread it
Sprinkle pepper powder and salt
Spread oil and flip after a couple of minutes
Serve hot!

EGG DOSA NUMBER 4

Heat pan and spread the previously prepared dosa better mixed with egg on it
Sprinkle chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, pepper powder, salt and press it with a spoon
Close lid and cook on medium flame
Flip after the dosa turns brown

EGG DOSA NUMBER 5

To the same batter, add chopped onions, 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix
Heat pan and pour the batter on it
Spread oil or butter on top
Cook for a couple of minutes and flip
Cook for 2 minutes on low flame and serve hot

EGG DOSA NUMBER 6

Here we are using normal dosa batter

To a bowl, add 2 teaspoons chopped onions, 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix
Any ingredients of your choice could be added or skipped here
Add 2 tablespoons water and mix
Break an egg and beat it
Heat pan
Pour 2 spoons of dosa batter and spread it
You can also make thin dosa by using less batter
Spread oil on top and cook for minute
Pour the prepared egg mixture oover it and spread it on top
Close lid and cook on low flame
Cook for 2-3 minutes and spread oil on top if desired
Spread oil on top and cook on low flame for a minute
Flip and serve hot with favorite chutney or sambar

EGG DOSA NUMBER 7 – FRIED ONIONS EGG DOSA

Heat 1 teaspoon oil on pan
Add 2 teaspoons chopped onions, 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies and fry till onions change colour
Beat egg in a bowl
Add fried ingredients along with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder and mix
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix
Egg mixture is ready now
Heat pan
Pour 2 spoons of dosa batter and spread it
Spread oil over it and cook for 1/2 minute on high flame
Spread prepared egg mixture on top
Close lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
Flip and cook on low flame for a minute
Flip again and serve hot!

EGG DOSA NUMBER 8 – GARLIC CHILLI EGG DOSA

Let’s see how to make garlic chilli first
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan
Add 2-3 dried chillies and fry
Add chopped onions and fry for a minute
Now Add 5-6 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 10 grams washed tamarind and fry
Move them into a bowl and grind them after they cool down
Garlic chilli paste is ready
Heat pan
Pour 2 spoons of dosa batter and spread it
Spread oil over it and cook for 1/2 minute on high flame
Spread prepared garlic chilli and break an egg over it
Sprinkle some pepper powder, salt over it if desired
Spread more oil on to if needed
Close lid and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes
Flip it
Serve hot!

EGG DOSA NUMBER 9 – GARLIC CHILLI EGG DOSA

Heat pan
Pour dosa batter on top
Spread prepared garlic chilli paste, chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, break an egg over it and spread it
Spread some oil and close lid
Cook for a couple of minutes and flip it
Serve hot!

EGG DOSA NUMBER 10 – SCRAMBLED EGG DOSA

Heat pan and add 1/2 teaspoon oil
Break an egg and sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper powder and scramble it
Add chilli powder if desired
Move it into a plate
Heat pan
Pour dosa batter on it
Spread the scrambled egg over it and press lightly with a spoon
Add more pepper powder or salt if desired
Close lid and cook for a minute
Flip and cook on low flame for a minute
Serve hot!

EGG DOSA NUMBER 11

Let’s make another dosa with the same scrambled egg
Pour dosa batter on the pan
Spread the scrambled egg over it
Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and press lightly with a spoon
Spread oil on top and close lid
Cook for a couple of minutes and flip if desired or serve as it is!
