Masala Egg Rice
Masala Egg Rice is an Indian style of Egg fried Rice, tastes simply superb flavored with Garam Masala. This dish is definitely a good recipe for Lunch Box or Dinner. A simple and easy one to make.
- 2 to 3 cups Rice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 2 Sliced Onions Medium Sized
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Shoots Curry Leaves
- 3 Tomatoes finley chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt or as needed
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 4 No's Eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves
- 2 No's Boiled Eggs
Will take 2 to 3 cups of cooked Rice. Place it aside in meantime will prepare the masala.
In a pan heat 1 ½ Tablespoon of Butter and a Teaspoon of Oil.
Add ½ a teaspoon of Cumin Seeds, let them splutter.
Then, will add 1 Tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped, let it cook for a while.
Now, will add 2 medium-sized Onions sliced, fry them till the color changes.
Add a teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste, and ½ a teaspoon of Turmeric Powder.
Now, will add 3 to 4 Green Chilies Slit.
Then, will add 3 Tomatoes finely chopped fry or cook them till soft and oil is released.
Add1 ½ Tablespoon of Coriander Leaves.
In the same pan will add 4 eggs, move aside the cooked mixture or curry as in the video.
Let the egg cook till it turns thick on low flame.
Add ½ a teaspoon of Pepper Powder and ½ a teaspoon of Salt or as needed.
Mix them as scrambled egg, now mix the entire curry mixture and the scrambled egg together.
Add the cooked rice and mix them all.
Stir them all and garnish it with 1 ½ Tablespoon of Coriander Leaves.
Will also add 2 Egg whites grated on it.
Tasty, simple and easy Masala Egg Rice is ready.
