Ingredients
  • 4-5 Eggs
  • 2 bunches Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Dried Chilies
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. To a mixie jar, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp peppercorns, 3 cloves, 2 garlic clove bunches, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt and grind it into a soft paste
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan
  3. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Next add 2 dried chilies, 1/2 cup curry leaves, and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and mix
  5. Now, break and add the eggs directly onto the pan
  6. Close the lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes until the egg hardens a little
  7. Flip the eggs by making cuts
  8. Move them to the side and add the prepared garlic chili mixture. Mix everything together
  9. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame
  10. Keep stirring
  11. Now sprinkle coriander leaves on top and mix
Eggs with chili garlic is ready to serve!
