METHOD FOR MAKING PRESERVE ALOO MATAR CURRY
Make tomatoes into a paste. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1/2 cup onions and fry. Add 2 chopped green chillies and fry. Add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix. Add peeled and diced potatoes and close the lid. Add 1 cup peas, close the lid and cook on low flame. Add the previously prepared tomato paste. Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seed powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder and mix. Coconut powder also could be added. Add 2 cups water, check the taste and let it boil by closing the lid. Add 1/4 teaspoon garam-masala, 1/2 cup coriander. Serve hot!
